I am back from the gym and I am broken*. I felt bad coming back here, then I read bleeding AND horny and suddenly my pain doesn't seeem so bad. (Although I may have to use puddy to scratch my nose)
* note to self, any kind of tricep work is bound to hurt, but combine it with overhead lats pulls and sodding push jerks and it IS going to make you say yeeouch. Also, down with squats. Well, up with squats then. Sheeet, not to squats. and that is not a typical typo.
i give you so many props for lifting, fatcat. it makes you a stronger runner and less prone to injury, plus it helps even out the gender balance in tickle fights with the Paramour, even if you can't scratch your own nose right now.
someday i may lift again. and cut back on the vino.

i am going home to nap before my ride.
